“We contacted Patrick Finn to inquire about selling our house. We planned on retiring in Colorado within a year or two, but had not yet purchased any property in Colorado. Even at this early stage, Patrick immediately went to work for us, helping us estimate a fair market price for our home and informing us of every step of the process.
